We roast Monday to Wednesday for wholesale orders.
We aim to fulfil all orders placed by Tuesday 1pm for a Thursday/Friday delivery.
Orders received after this time will be assumed to be an order for next week and will be processed the following week.
If you require emergency coffee then please place your order and then contact us directly, there may be a charge for delivery out of our working hours, which will be calculated at the time of order processing.
Our minimum order value for wholesale prices and free delivery is £100.00
Invoices are sent via Xero the same week; we ask that all invoices are cleared promptly, within a maximum of 14 days.
Late payments may incur additional charges and the retraction of our credit term, meaning coffee must be paid for upfront before delivery.
Dark Horse Roastery Ltd takes no responsibility for loss of earnings due to late ordering; we will try our best to get emergency coffee to you although this cannot be guaranteed.
Please make us aware of any discrepancies or errors within 48hours of receipt of your order, these will be corrected immediately or with your next order.
Customers with a credit account will receive 14 calendar day’s net from the date of invoice to make payment. Payment of all invoices must be strictly received by the end of the 14th day of the invoice date.
Dark Horse Roastery Ltd reserve the right to put on hold new orders, if outstanding invoices are due.
Until payment is made in full to Dark Horse Roastery Ltd, any goods or equipment supplied will remain the property of Dark Horse Roastery Ltd, but the risk therein and liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery.
